I have known Janice Lima for over two years. During that time I have come to know her to be a prayerful and purpose driven young woman. She is a member of a number of prayer groups and a small Christian community
Her purpose is to find God's will and do it. Since coming to us Janice has grown in her purpose. She was recently chosen to be a member of the Parish Council. ln this role many of her qualities are apparent. While she is a quiet person, she is able to listen to all sides of an issue. Her opinions are factually based and well thought out.
I am honored to recommend Janice for any position requiring integrity and intellect.

Understanding Renewal Ministries to be a charismatic ministry, I would gladly recommend Janice Lima as a team member. For over 15 years in the charismatic renewal, I have observed her dedication to Christ and the furthering of His kingdom. She has, to my knowledge, always hungered for deeper spiritual revelation; surrounding herself by those who would inspire growth--through their own opennes & submission to the Spirit!
She, therefore, has been raised up to understanding the Power of God working through revelational gifts, and is, herself, gifted in the prophetic anointing, as well as 'Word of Knowledge'. She also has had years of experience in both charismatic prayer ministry and intercession!
I believe her taking on new rolls of responsibility, would only increase her desire and ability to flow out in God's healing Love.
Most Sincerely, Diana Hagerty
